Josh Hutcherson's New 2.5 MM Dollar House!

Ka-ching!

Josh has stepped up his game, and purchased a 2.5 million dollar house in the Hollywood Hills.  The house used to belong to Michelle Williams and Heath Ledgers, and before that, Ellen DeGeneres!

The Laurel Canyon home is called "The Tree House" according to The Real Estalker.  Check out their awesome photos of Josh's new pad.

We're guessing he can make a lot of bread in that kitchen!

Josh Had Surgery For A Deviated Septum

Breaking news, Josh Hutcherson did not break his nose in a bar fight.  He wasn't defending a lady's honor.  He wasn't battling terrorist.

He had a... (drumroll, please)... deviated septum.  Wah wah.  Not very exciting.

He told TMZ.com, “(I had) a deviated septum. It was 90 percent blocked in my right nostril, just got to get it healed up and everything.”

Well, yay for breathing!

While he didn't explain how he broke his nose, he did tweet: "just had surgery to fix my broken nose. recovery sucks...thank god for a marathon on lifetime...#theclientlist thanks @thereal_jlh"
